Repeat Prescriptions
Requests must be in writing in one of the following ways:-
- by post
- by leaving it in our letterbox
- by fax on 020 8880 2112
- online via the link at the top of this page (registration required)
Patients are reminded that 48 hours is required not including bank holidays and weekends.
It is quicker and easier to order your repeat prescriptions online – if you need help doing this please let us know and we can help you.
We now have a pharmacist working at the practice four days a week who is now processing all written repeat prescription requests and dealing with medication queries rather than you needing to discuss this with a GP.
If you would like to talk to our pharmacist please call between 11.00 – 1.00pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
If you have any queries or comment please let us know.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
